Managers and Leadership
It is very important to give yourself the time and space to reflect and to be open minded. Please review the overview below to help you prepare your mindset before you start the Common Lens Managers and Leadership. Each course will take approximately 1-2 hours to complete. The courses are best received if you have uninterrupted time to complete- but if you have to step away you can continue where you left off. Video and audio are part of each course- the use of a headset is recommended. Have a pen and notepad available. Try and think of someone you know with complex needs and have them in mind as you go through the courses.
